South Leicester RFC is One of Leicestershire's leading junior rugby club, founded in 1919. The current location in Wigston has been the home of South since 1960, after they moved from Victoria Park

South have three full size playing pitches, all with floodlights for training, the 1st team pitch has flood lights suitable for both training and games. An extension to the club house changing area in 2010 has increased the size of the 6 changing rooms which offer integral showers and open baths

A large Licensed bar and Lounge area with a capacity of 120 people, plus catering facilities completes the club house

South run Mini and junior sides at all age groups from under 6 to under 17 and welcome new members at all times. Our mini and juniors train on Wednesdays from 6.30pm and play or train every Sunday morning from 9.30
